The Pulse of ITAD: Electronics Recovery Sector Speaks Out on Racial Injustice

E-scrap processors, ITAD firms, OEMs, and other recycling stakeholders are joining the call to oppose racism and work for systemic change. Many recycling-related organizations, including Ingram Micro, Dell Technologies, and Apple have spoken out in the weeks following the May 25th death of George Floyd, an African-American man who died as a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for more than eight minutes. Protests calling for police reform and racial justice have taken place around the country and world in recent weeks.
